Poem Published in the “Asian Age”
“An Ode From Within”
Felt like a bird with a broken wing,
Couldn’t laugh couldn’t sing,
But it wasn’t broken,
It was tied,
Pecked away the ropes,
With god as my guide,
And in my first flight,
In a sudden flash of light,
Saw a path of gold,
Where I am the sculptor,
And I am the mould.
